Expectations for the future

 

-What will I do after university?

-Where will go?

-What areas I like?

-What are my expectations?

-How I imagine my life?

-Will be happy?

 

Well, I'm not a person who plans a things and had everything in order, actually, I'm more indecisive and distracted (it's hard for me even decide what flavor of ice cream I want XD), so I'm not really sure what I'll do when I finish my career and I can graduate. But I think the first thing I like to do is like a "mini-travel" for the country, I want be going to go around and enjoy some places; after that I guess I would start looking for a job, I don't know what specific job, but I would love something related to protecting and preserving forests and things like that.

So that's the only thing I hope, I'll be going to work for ✨nature conservation✨, besides, I think through in my career I will discover more things so I will find something more specific that I like to do.

And...... I don't really know, until now I really like the career and I'm happy with my decision (I think I would like it even more if it wasn't online), I also have my family to support me so even if I'll be going go out of the country, they would be there for me. So I just want to keep learning and enjoying the university (without the stress of course hahaha), because I know that my decisions will be to be happy.🧡

Why I choose my career?

When I was little, I used to have a lot of dreams, since to be a doctor, criminology (thanks to the "CSI" series), I love the star so astronomy was a plan, even chef. Anyways, a lot of crazy dreams.

It wasn't until I was finish the high school that I started to think what I really want, my main career was "Marine biology" because I was sooooo in love with the sea and everything related with that (and I still am), but, my expectations about the job and what you have to do were not very realistic, at least here in Chile. 

So, I started to investigate about careers where you have to be "active", go to places, explore, etc. That's when I found "Forestry engineering" and I realized that this career had all I wanted. And.... It's a little funny beacuse I literal decided study that in the last minute, even with the fear of making a wrong choice.

And now, all this things I what and I expected to do, just have to wait because I learning from a screen, it's a little cruel really haha, but I don't regret it, I like a lot the things I'm learning and my classmates have been so nice and friendly, and I feel very comfortable with them, so (excepting the stress) everything went well.

I don't know what kind of things is waiting for us in the future, so I just want to do my best right now with everything, and I really hope go to the forest before I finish my career hahaha.

The compact treasure

  I think my favorite piece of technology is my smart phone, that's because I use it everyday and I always have it in my hands or near to me.

The model is "MotoG7 power" and I do not remember very well how long I have it, but I think since 2-3 years so I'm very happy that's still working and is not broken yet (I'm a little clumsy so I always drop it down on the floor :c) only has a few scratches but nothing serious, besides, with the glass sheeting is protected.

 

I use my phone for everything, from stuff of university or just fun (mostly fun if I'm being honest lol), I love watching videos on youtube, memes on Instagram, watching movies and series, playing some games I have and being able to talk to my friends about anything now that we can't go out and get together in person. 

So it's kind of hard to imagine myself without my cell phone, because it's like a part of my life.
